Sherry founded SCRAPD from a belief rooted in resourcefulness — that what we already have is more than enough, if we're willing to reimagine it. She grew up in environments where nothing was wasted. Items were held onto, repaired, and reused rather than discarded.

We are picky on purpose. It's the only way buyers know everything here is the real thing. Every application is reviewed by a human before a single listing goes live.

  • Repurposed fabric and craft supplies for fellow makers.
✕ What we don't allow
  • Fast fashion resale — unaltered Shein, Zara, Forever 21.
  • Drop-shipped goods — if it ships from a warehouse you've never been to.
  • Counterfeits — real or implied. No exceptions, no grey area.
  • Unaltered resale — if you didn't change it, it belongs elsewhere.
  • AI-generated product photos — show us the real thing on a real surface.

Frequently asked.

For most US–Canada shipments, no. Orders $800 or less generally ship duty-free under current de minimis thresholds. Items made in Canada, USA, or Mexico with correct customs documentation usually qualify for tariff-free treatment under USMCA. Every shipment from SCRAPD includes correct customs documentation.
Each creator handles their own shipping and chooses their carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Most pieces ship within 5 days of order. You'll get tracking information in your order confirmation email.
First, message the creator — most issues get sorted directly within 48 hours. If something can't be resolved, escalate to us at hello@scrapd.app and we'll mediate within 24 hours. Note that upcycled and vintage pieces have natural wear and unique character — read listings carefully before ordering.
We're currently in private beta with our first 30 founding creators. Buyers can join the waitlist now — we'll email you the moment we're live with stock you can shop.
The first 50 creators we approve get a 5% commission rate, locked in for life. After the founding 50, the standard rate is higher. Whatever rate you're approved at is yours forever — no teaser pricing, no "we'll review it later."
Payouts go through Stripe Connect. After a buyer's order is marked delivered, your earnings (sale price minus commission) move to your Stripe balance. Stripe pays out to your bank on its standard schedule — typically every 2–7 days.
When you apply, Sherry personally looks at your application within three days. She checks your work, your links, your answers, and decides yes or no. If it's a yes, you'll get an email with next steps. If it's a no, you'll get an email explaining why — no silent rejections.
The buyer messages you first. You have 48 hours to respond and try to resolve it. If it can't be resolved, the buyer escalates to SCRAPD admin and we mediate within 24 hours. We don't side blindly with either party — we look at the listing, messages, photos, and chargeback history.
